We offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened cosmetic products. Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare items cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds Policy
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Do you offer store credit instead of refunds?
Yes, we offer store credit as an alternative to refunds. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
What if I received a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately with photos. We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
