Frequently asked questions
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Sensitive Skin Moisturiser (fragrance-free): Yes. Formulated without perfume and enriched with humectants (glycerin, sodium PCA, hyaluronic acid) and red algae extract for long-lasting comfort.
Hydrating Serum: Gentle hydration with aloe, jojoba, glycerin, betaine, hyaluronic acid and bisabolol—but it does contain fragrance and naturally occurring fragrance allergens (limonene, geraniol, coumarin, linalool), plus CI 77491 (iron oxides). If your skin is very reactive, start with the moisturiser and introduce the serum 2–3× weekly. Always patch test first.
How do I use it for best results?
AM: Cleanse → apply 2–3 drops of Hydrating Serum to slightly damp skin → seal with Sensitive Skin Moisturiser → finish with SPF.
PM: Cleanse → serum (or skip on strong-actives nights) → moisturiser.
Tip: Hyaluronic acid loves water—apply the serum on slightly damp skin.
When will I see results?
Instantly: a softer, more comfortable feel (thanks to humectants).
7–14 days: plumper-looking skin and fewer dryness lines.
4 weeks: smoother-looking texture; the serum’s bisabolol, peony root, cloudberry and alteromonas ferment help skin look calm with consistent use.
Can I combine this with vitamin C/retinol/acids?
Yes, generally. The serum includes a mild vitamin C ester (ascorbyl palmitate). If you use retinol, start every other night and “sandwich” with the moisturiser. With AHA/BHA/peels, limit to one strong active per evening—use the fragrance-free moisturiser to buffer. Always wear SPF during the day.
Pregnancy or breastfeeding?
No retinoids or salicylic acid in these formulas. The fragrance-free moisturiser is the gentlest choice. The serum contains perfume (with allergens), so introduce slowly if your skin is extra sensitive. When in doubt, consult your healthcare professional.
